Store Credit Only
Twink does not offer cash refunds for returned items. Instead, we provide store credit that can be used towards future purchases on our website. This allows you to explore our wide range of stationery products and find the perfect tools to unleash your creativity.
Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Return Costs for Orders over $50
For orders over $50, Twink will cover return shipping costs. We only ask that the customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are packaged appropriately and kindly ask that you ship the item back to Twink using a trackable shipping method to ensure its safe arrival. The customer support team will guide you through the return process.
